The selected candidates are advised to report for joining/interview in the respective department during office hours.
The selected candidates are required to produce the following Academic documents in original and also advised to submit five attested photocopies of the following documents at the time of joining/interview:-
1. Matric/O-Level Marks Sheet etc.
2. FA/FSc/I.Com/A-Level Marks Sheet etc.
3. Domicile Certificate
5. Equivalence Certificates
6. Character Certificate
7. Any other relevant supporting documents
No selected candidate is allowed to join the concerned department without production/ showing of original documents under any circumstances.
FEE/DUES DETAILS FOR FIRST SEMESTER

The selected candidates are also advised to obtain Fee/Dues Challan from the respective department and will have to be deposited in the HBL OR Askari Bank Branch at QAU, Islamabad.
After depositing the Fee/Dues, a copy of the challan should be submitted before the supervisory staff for confirmation of joining. If a candidate requesting for cancellation of his/her admission after depositing the Fee/Dues, the Fee/Dues will be refunded as per HEC refund policy.
The priorities/preferences would remain intact till the applicant gets admission against his/her first priority/preference OR finalization of the admission process, whichever is earlier. The dues/fee paid by the applicant according to the earlier merit list would automatically be shifted/adjusted if his/her name appeared in the subsequent list (s) against the filled priorities/preferences.
All those applicants who are selected against, other than their highest priority, are informed that their remaining priorities are still intact and if selected against higher priority, in the remaining merit lists, shall be transferred to that department, accordingly. However, applicants who wish to stay in the department in which they are currently selected, against their lower priority and wish to remove their remaining higher priorities can do so by submitting an application to the department where they are currently admitted, before 13-09-2019.
